Cinemas sell tickets only for their respective venues. There are no booking fees for purchasing at cinemas with cash. Credit card transactions will incur a fee of $0.50cents per ticket, to a maximum transaction fee of $1.50

Phone bookings for weekday sessions will cease at 4pm on the day of screening. Weekend session bookings will cease at 4pm on the Friday prior. Tickets booked via telephone or via internet must be collected from the box office no later than 20 minutes prior to the advertised session time of the first session purchased. Please bring appropriate identification.

FESTIVAL CONDITIONS
All festival films are restricted to persons 18 years of age and over, unless specified. This relates not necessarily to the content of the films, but to the legal requirements of holding the festival, as set by the Office of Film and Literature Classification. Festival tickets, once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded. Pricing is inclusive of GST. All seating is unreserved. All festival films will commence at the advertised starting time. Patrons are urged to purchase their tickets well in advance to avoid disappointment. Palace Cinemas complimentary passes, pre-paid vouchers, cinema promotions and free ticket offers are not valid for sessions at the French Film Festival. All non-English language films have English subtitles. Dates, times are programmes are correct at the time of publication, but may need to be altered.
