Three old friends and a boy head off rabbit hunting on a Sunday afternoon. As the day goes by the hunt evolves, into a taut battle of nerves that opens old wounds for the men who are veterans of the Spanish Civil War. The hunting ground itself is a former battleground of that 30-year-old conflict. At dusk, the friends will change the target in their sights and shoot each other down. A powerful indictment of the Franco’s society, as well as a taut psychological thriller.
